Contract Formation
Orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability. may choose at any time to cancel your order.
No contract will officially exist between yourself and until your parcel has been dispatched. Where goods are to be manufactured to the customer’s specification, the contract will exist on written acceptance of the quotation.

All goods must be paid for in advance, in full; we do not offer any form of credit facility. Items will not be dispatched until cleared funds have been received.

Your credit card is charged in the name of 'Gross Hurst' or 'Gross Hurst & Co.'.

From time to time free delivery may be offered and where offered this service, unless otherwise stated, will be for Mainland UK addresses only.

Shipping costs for re-delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

Where a Recorded Delivery service is used for delivery someone must be present at the delivery address to accept the delivery. If delivery is not possible and the item(s) is returned to us then: (a) if the customer requests re-delivery then payment of the re-delivery charge will be due before the item is re-sent or (b) the customer can request a refund less delivery costs (where applicable).

Faulty goods
Faulty goods should be reported to ASAP BEFORE they are returned. We do give you 30 days to inform us for a full refund or exchange. When contacting please give a full description of the fault, including your name and the order/invoice number.

You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery. No questions asked.

If we have already dispatched your order, a full refund will be given minus any shipping costs on the return of the goods. If goods have been dispatched by courier and you fail to pick the parcel up and it is returned to us and you then cancel your order additional charges will be incurred by us from our courier firm so these will be deducted from your refund.

If you received free shipping then the actual shipping cost will not be refunded on the return of the goods.

If you cancel your order before we have dispatched your goods then a full refund will be given.

A refund cannot be issued until receive the goods in question.

How to return an item
If you are returning an unwanted item please make sure you wrap the item securely. Ensure that you also enclose the packing slip included with your delivery.

We recommend that you send goods by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of parcel on the way back to us.

Postage costs of unwanted goods are down to the customer.
