BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER
Before placing an order you must be aged 16 years or over. Please note that some of our processes are manual and errors can arise. We carry out frequent checks to detect any errors. If they do occur, we will act immediately to minimise inconvenience and disappointment that may be caused.
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the products you have ordered within 2-5 working days of the date of your order. The delivery times given are approximate and delays can sometimes occur due to Royal Mail postal difficulties. You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when the products have been delivered to you.
PRICE & POSTAGE
Prices shown on this site include VAT, where and to the extent that VAT is required to be applied to the product under UK VAT law. Delivery charges are extra.
CONFIRMING THE ORDER
In placing this order you confirm that you are aware of any age restrictions on these products and assert that you are old enough to purchase them. Please note that all orders are made subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions of Supply. After you have confirmed your order we will send an email to you summarising each order you have placed.
No contract will subsist between you and 25mmPinBadges.co.uk for the sale of products by us to you until your credit/debit card has been charged and you have received and signed for your goods. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your offer and to have been effectively communicated to you. This is to be interpreted and enforced with the laws of England, in its entirety and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
In some instances we may decline to deliver parcels to PO addresses or other address. We will contact you if we consider the address to be a problem.
All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.
ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED
YOUR CANCELLATION RIGHTS
It is advisable that you cancel any unwanted orders by contacting us directly on 0845 643 1389 before they are invoiced and dispatched. Requests for cancellations sent via email may not be actioned for 48 hours in extremely busy periods, which may result in the order being dispatched.
You have no right to cancel your order in accordance with this condition if the products you have ordered are: Video or DVD recordings or personal items if the holographic seal and/or shrink-wrap has been unsealed by you or Periodical(s) or magazine(s).
You may cancel your order before the delivery or within seven days after the date of delivery by contacting us either by email at shop@25mmPinBadges.co.uk or by telephoning 0845 643 1389 quoting your order number. We will refund you the cost of your unwanted products minus any return postage. If you cancel your order within seven working days after the date of delivery, you must return the unwanted products to us unused and in their original packaging at your risk and at your cost within 14 days of your order.
Provided you return the unwanted products unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of your order, we will credit your payment card with the cost of the unwanted product within thirty days of the date of cancellation.
RETURN OF FAULTY, INCORRECT OR SUB-STANDARD PRODUCTS
If the products you receive are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit to you, we will replace them, you must notify us by phone or e-mail within 7 days of delivery.
We reserve the right to increase prices without prior notification.
Although we make every effort to ensure the prices on the website are correct, mistakes may sometimes be made. If we discover a mistake in the price of the products you have ordered, we will tell you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you or we receive no reply from you, we will cancel your order. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the products you will receive a full refund.
UPON RECEIPT OF AN ORDER
The seller does not accept liability for shortages in quantities delivered unless the buyer notifies the seller of any claim of short delivery of the goods within two working days of delivery. In such circumstances the seller’s liability shall be restricted to making good the shortfall.
Returns by post are made at your risk. We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service as returns not received by us cannot be credited to you. Refunds will be credited to your payment card. Refunds will not be paid in cash. We do not accept liability for any returns that get lost in the post.
